BR: SMRW is trash, Minigun is great

The SMRW takes too long to fire, does negligible damage in a mode with armor plates everywhere, has seemingly no AOE and takes too long to reload. Rage-inducing to use. Terrible.

The 5 seconds I got to use the minigun (before I immediately died) is the most fun I've had playing BR since it launched. Probably one of the top 10 rushes I've gotten since the game launched in general.

My suggestions:

1) Promote whoever added the minigun to CEO. 

2) Give whoever added the SMRW a stern look and shake your head at them or something.
