bullet Tracked and removing weapon capacity

Hello, one of the problems in the game is the bullet Tracked. When someone is down and someone shoots at you, you die because the bullet lead is flying at you. Can you fix this somehow?

Another important change is the starting weapon capacity of 40/100, which makes weapons unrealistic to use. Please remove this feature from the game.
