Can't revive

So when players die around me they call for a medic and if I'm running assualt or recon it won't let me revive  them it just shows them as a dead body with no option to revive them while their still ...

    If you are not the Support class (or swap to a dropped Support kit), you can only revive squadmates.

    Examples shown in the vid are common battle chatters.

Thank you I didn't know that I'm almost always playing support and I get mad when people stand next to me and don't help me up I guess that's why
