Can't start the Game :(

Hi, I am quite desperate and hope somebody can help me. If I try to start the game I get the following error message ( i attached a picture as well) : 

Direct X funtion

I have the newest driver and everything. I tried fixing the problem with chatGPT for 3 hours without any success. 

Can someone please explain what it means and maybe even tell me what i can do to fix it.
