Casual Breakthrough K/D

I doubt Dice did this on purpose, so I too vote incompetence.

Either remove K/D stats from casual games, or count kills/deaths from other humans. Don't just remove all kills and count all deaths, that's ridiculous.

Sometimes I just have 30 minutes spare, so I'll jump into a casual game for an easy laugh. Or I'll play one game as a warm up before I then go onto modes. I didn't check my K/D for weeks, and now I find it's been wrecked.

I feel you man. Sometimes I get frustrated after having a bad round and my K/D drops some. Feels like it takes forever to climb it back up. 

But im almost to the point of not caring. This game is a mess with console and pc connections, hit reg. They will be going on holiday break soon. Devs wont have it fixed. 

I would love for it to return to its original state, allowing both kills and deaths in Casual. I doubt they will, but if they won't, then at least remove the deaths. Why have no kills and only deaths? It has destroyed my KD. Either keep both or remove both. Don't leave one and remove the other. I fear they are going to remove challenges next from Causael Breakthrough, which is a finisher for me, honestly.

I will honest, stats dont matter to me much either.  But i agree with others.  Why the heck would you remove kills and not deaths.  Human players dont count for me either.   How about put kills back on and give on option what stats you track.  Unfortunately, all these dumb hiccups in this game is starting to turn players away.    Fix what we pay for.

I actually think, drawing inspiration from another person's post on this forum, that the answer is simple. 

Introducing casual but maintaining weapon and xp progression has drawn all the sweatys in to smoke the casual players so they can level up stuff easier. 

Here is a simple solution. Make Portal and Casual progression SEPARATE from regular MP. You can even do it via a 4th loadout called "Casual/Portal" 

Each casual Portal server restricts you to THIS LOADOUT ONLY. Your progression to that is tied directly to when you play these modes only. You will not be able to use these upgrades in the regular MP. 

Which should chase away the SWEATYS from playing - because they don't get anything for it. 

if they did this... I'd even be willing to start completely from scratch and have 0 unlocks. I don't need it carried over if that is a hang up.

Casual unlocks EVERYTHING. That's right. You can literally play with every gun and unlock. And then have it only count for level xp and NOT for weapon unlocks. 

I like this less because it takes the feel of progression away... but it might work too. 

I can only understand it as them doing this on purpose. They don’t want you to play this mode, so uses this method to annoy you.

If only we could get an official acknowledgement of this.

z11Bz​ hes not saying to remove the casual mod. It wouldnt fix the problem as normal lobbies get bots too.

What they did now is remove kills from bots but kept the deaths, absolute incompetence.

Because you aren't playing against all the PC cheaters.  Bot are in most of the games that have cross play off, and EA can't stand that.  They need the money cheaters drop.  It's all about money.
