Maybe you aren't aware about it but it actually is possible. Bring the score screen and right-clic to bring up your mouse cursor. Then right-clic on the name of the player you need to report and you'll get a contextual menu. In that menu (in "other actions" or whatever) you can report him and then choose a category (cheating, offensive name, and the like ...).
