Cheating Extremly bad After 11/11 update

Cheating  instead get better after latest update is far worse somehow? how are these cheaters get cheats before a update?

Im holding off purchasing anything else until  i see real action taken. And  if gets worse will quit.

There are at least 8 or more on every map and every side.

They clearly are cheating via their large ratios and  you can easily see and detect it. They openly brag and try sell you the cheats.

There is tons of you tube videos saying how bad it is?  

Why arent these people banned?

You  can easily see fake profiles on xbox of each cheater. And their friends list if full of the same cheaters. Why  cant action be taken?
