I agree that cheating needs to be easier to report, however people jump to cheating accusations ridiculously fast. I've put in a good number of hours so far and cant say that I've conclusively noticed anybody cheating. I've been suspicious a couple of times, sure. How can you come to that conclusion so confidently especially without kill cams?

Ive only seen two cheaters over the last week, both are now gone.
What i have seen are really bad/offensive usernames that even after reporting them i get the "EA" didnt take any action this time its really crazy.
Some of these have included Nazi references, death to jews, references to child p**n and r**e
EA do better - Plathor6 hours agoSeasoned Rookie
When someone is beaming you from the 1000 yards out with a smg or has 0 recoil? Ummm how about the ones that just know where you are even though you have not moved and there is no way someone saw you to spot you. I can go on and on but why do you think there are so many PC players now that they are banning the Chronus players? Do a little research and you would know how big the problem actually is.

Don't need to be so defensive, I am asking you because I would like to be able to spot cheaters too.
Again, how can you tell someone has no recoil if you can't see the kill cams? I personally have never had someone kill me with an smg from 1000 yards out, but if you have I would strongly encourage you to post videos so we can all show EA what's going on, the more videos the better. I do think smgs are overpowered and have way too small bullet spread over long distances, but that's a different topic it sounds like.
If you are accusing somebody of doing something nefarious you need actual eveidence, when you say things like "I was just standing there not moving, and the guy ran in and shot me like he knew I was there" how is that proof of anything? There are tons of variables, maybe he was just running through the rooms turned the corner and blasted you without ever knowing you were there. I do that to people all the time, it feels great lol.
Maybe he died in that room before and he was expecting someone to be there?
If anybody has any way of actually detecting cheaters please post, and please be ready to record any proof so they can be exposed.

If I get hit 8 times in a row by the same guy and he's halfway across the map with SMG that is a problem. If a guy snipes me from across the map with a shotgun that is a problem. If I spawn in on a base and a guy comes and goes directly to where I am and shoots me dead without looking around the room when there are multiple places, I could be that is a problem. I mean I am not calling foul just to say I am the best player ever and if they kill me, they are cheating. But I am ok at FPS games, and I am pretty confident in being able to say if someone is cheating especially when they are making insane shots or plays throughout a match. I mean lightning doesn't strike 30 times in one spot.

Yes better reporting is needed. And all caught need perm bans. Make them spend 70 bucks again

These examples you gave could certainly be cheating, but they could also be legit gameplay.
Tapfiring a SMG certainly allows them to shoot halfway across most maps in the game. Slug ammo on shotguns drastically increases their range, allowing them to snipe you.
In terms of the person knowing where you are, it's not too hard. If you get spotted, you will remain on the minimap for a minimum of 5 seconds, possibly even longer if they use the new double spot mechanic. There are many ways to get spotted in this game.
Battlefield is not an easy game, even if you have tons of experience with other games.
