Class progression still not tracking

Is there going to be any fix coming for this. I can't unlock things because of this. It also seems like other challenges arent tracking properly as well.

On a semi related note, why is there no option to just create a support ticket that i can find. I'm not going to waste 30 minutes sitting around to chat with someone for this
