Console v PC OCE Region issues and/or smaller regions

With the announcement today that Ranked will split via console and PC, if Console teams with PC they are put to PC. This is somewhat concerning for regions outside of US and EU, Im in OCE region and...

So the fix is to consolidate servers, Aus has no ranked Servers we are put into Singapore with 120ping and NZ have 170ping...........
