You can't completely solve this issue, does not mean you brush it under the rug. Address the elephant in the room with anti cheat and competitve integrity is fine across the board but the game will literally die in smaller regions and moving shuffling those players to other servers isn't solving the underlying problem. Dedicated servers means dedicated servers, you can't have a server in a region and not have it fully functional from a operational standpoint, you have now created a integrity issue by not supplying the promised services when we bought the game.
As for regions that have lower populations you can't run an elite series open or qualifier and not have a ranked server in the actual region, dice us creating an actual competitve integrity problem by not allowing talent in the oce or aus region to play with each other in a ranked environment, its happened in halo and its happening here. You just need to create a ranked server on Australia if you want Aussies to compete effectively in the elite series open.
