Why am I being forced to be a female again? I should have a choice in what sex my soldier is. I hated it in BF V where every time I played with a tank my voice was female. Its 2025. Stop forcing this on us. If you want females in your game, fine, but allow me to not be one.
When the game is released in October there better be an option for gender. I cannot support a game that forces woke garbage on its players.
Other than that, the gameplay feels pretty good. You're so close to making a great battlefield game. Don't screw it up with woke AGAIN.
100% Agree. If you're gonna go woke at least give those who don't want a bar of it an option to be normal.
IMO, they should just make it an option in the menu. All male soldiers, all female soldiers, and default/mixed.

I recommend people look into Ukrainian TCCC’s, women are represented on the very frontlines and can be seen and heard. There are many examples in very real, ongoing modern conflicts and shock horror, they’re in the exact same **bleep**ty situations as males. Stop using this as an excuse to wash women out of the game.
Yes, there should be an option to choose who you play as, but the presence of women is not “woke”. Do some research or touch grass.
I can guarantee you, the next “big one” for us comfy people will include us all, all shapes and sizes, in all of the **bleep**ty situations.
As a Ukrainian I can say Woman's are always on the second line, but never 1st line or zero. What if I don't want to play woman, I want associate character with myself, simply making "change gender" button would fix the complaint's. Female skins with same hit boxes, same body size, and not "s****y voice".
While this does occur in situations of absolute desperation, there isn't a single military force on the planet that is willingly putting women into front line combat situations. Women in front line combat maybe comprises 1% of the total fighting force on the entire planet. Women serve many important roles in even the highest levels of military operations, such as intelligence roles, ones which in many ways could be argued to have even worse risks than front line combat. But their presence is an absolute rarity on the front lines. That's not to say it's unreasonable to want to have them represented in a video game. But it's also not unreasonable for someone to say it interferes with their suspension of disbelief to see and hear women.
Again, just give people the choice for what they on an individual basis believe is appropriate for the setting of the game.
Women are never at 0 or performing assaults my boy, they could be combat medics or fpv operators.... but mostly medics and back supports. Even tho I would prefer them do, as they voted with their stupidity for this. Its a **bleep** shame they are beign protected.

There’s so much equivocating and splaining around it that it’s clearly a deeper rooted belief about the representation of females in games. Just look at their conduct elsewhere, it’s stinking and there’s been plenty of it on this forum too and more often than not borderline disingenuous. Oh this oh that. Giving people a choice is the solution.
If you choose to play as male or female i have absolutely no issue with it, that's your choice, but at least you had a choice.
But forcing it like this will not help. I do not understand this urge to force people into playing something they not want.
Totally agree, sadly wokeness with studios isn't over. When the roots are this rotten, it is already too late and the last decade has proven this plenty.
