Ideally, I would like to be able to disable all female voice lines. However, it would still be a great improvement if I could set the gender for my character.
I think the bigger issue is the amount of people that want to shut female representation out of the game.
I am not traumatised or upset by hearing female screams, just like I'm not with hearing male screams. It's a video game.
An option to choose gender, or character model would be great, so I can immerse myself a little more and imagine it's me running around.
