Ideally, I would like to be able to disable all female voice lines. However, it would still be a great improvement if I could set the gender for my character.

on a sidenote - stepping up for the ladies in here- they are forced to play male templates as well, since not every class is female.
(having said that, I loved playing that French lady-hero in the BF V-WW2 franchise - I realy liked her french not so deecent swearing 😁)
No, nobody forces women to play as men. Just like nobody forces us men to play as a woman in Tomb Raider or Horizon Zero, and I don’t mind. But BF6 is a game that’s supposed to be as realistic as possible.
