This is not about choice. They FORCE exclusivity of choice, for the sake of inclusivity. The irony.
This is social engineering it's pushed by the investors we all know we are. like blackrock, vanguard, even governments do it nowadays. give a bunch of cash to game devs or starting game devs and then... well you NEED to do this or that or you wont get the "loan" forgiveness or tax cuts etc.
