It is strange why there are female voices all the time, I am also not sure who made this decision as well.
Personally there should be a male and female option just like the factions, that way you can play the want. It is strange when males choose a female character in many games, normally this is an MMO because they are half naked (Still creepy and strange) but everyone can play the game they want.
When in Redesec, I select my character and put a mark on an area and it's a female voice, like WHY! I want a mans voice because I am male, yes it does not impact the game at all but it's personal preference.
