Seriously, DMR’s are pretty much useless right now.
Everyone is running SMG’s and Assault rifles because literally nothing can beat them.
What is the point in running a DMR when you get instant killed by every spray and pray weapon.
It takes 4-5 hits to kill soemone with a DMR

Have you not played the SVK? its a 2 shot guarantee kill regardless of distance. Albeit at a slower rate of fire though. That gun is my all time fav to play and you just have to control the recoil on it.
BF3 SKS was truly the golden age of DMRs
In BF6 they lack all the above
SVK is the only barely viable DMR but barely, RPM, ADS time and recoil are just a bit off to call balanced
Regarding the SVK - I want to love it (DMRs have always been my go-to guns in BF), but given that someone with an smg can just side strafe and laser beam you dead before you get the 2nd shot off makes the DMR unreliable.
The devs need to revamp all the gun categories and introduce a bit more reality. It's like they ignored caliber characteristics for damage and the length of a barrel in relation to accuracy. I have no idea why they designed the game around SMGs being the most accurate and lowest recoil guns.
Do agree with post and comments but they need to slow down movement speed as it allows players to didge bullets in this COD like maps
