EA Anticheat detection of MSI Dragon Center

I have a question, and I hope I'm speaking to the right individuals.  I am a 61-year-old man. I played Battlefield 3 and 4 for years. I finally see the game Battlefield 6 and immediately purchased the Phantom Edition.  I played the game for 3 weeks and was loving the game until I tried to start my game about five nights ago and my game wouldn't start with an error message stating, "SECURITY VIOLATION."  EA AntiCheat detected my MSI Dragon Center???  When I purchased my computer, it came installed on my system. It is part of my operating system. I have a GT76 Titan and MSI Dragon Center (latest version) is what operates my four fans and give me temperature readouts for my CPU/GPU. It is "NOT" a cheating software. I also cannot and WILL NOT uninstall it as I do not want my system to burn up while playing Battlefield 6. I went on GOOGLE and asked if anyone has ever used MSI Dragon Center as a cheating or hacking software. The answer was NO.  I respectfully request that MSI Dragon Center be removed from the EA AntiCheat list.  Thank you for your time

  • I do not think it’s a coincidence that the largest thread on this forum is people getting false banned from a lot of issues with conflicting software like fan controls and the like (by a large margin, mind you).

There is something drastically wrong with Javelin’s detection vectors when it comes to benign programs and false flagging cheats.
