Same boat here, still no bonus.

I've been stuck in a support chat for over 30 minutes. Gave them all the info they wanted (purchase date, confirmed I got the bonus email, etc.) and they still have no clue if I'm actually getting it. Super frustrating.

    hempspato​ I'm sorry, if you solve it, let me know. I didn't even receive the bonus email. I don't know if it's because I don't have EA emails enabled, I should check, even though I activated the newsletter when I installed BF6. But I haven't received anything, not even in-game messages.
