EA just nuked my 20+ year old account

I bought this game on release and could never play a single game on the official servers due to a bug where some people get routed to south america when connecting to official servers, so the packet loss was huge.  Imagine just instantly dying not even showing any hit registers on your side until you're dead, no idea what happened until the kill cam.  It was that bad. 

Now a permanent ban for 'hateful speech' - I do not even know what they are talking about.  There were a couple lobbies where everyone was calling each other 'regarded' and what not, but I think it's because I posted on their forums complaining about how I essentially paid $70 to beta test a garbage product that I can't even use.  It was after that I got a ban.  

And it wasn't just this game, they banned my entire account.  An account originally created in 2004.  Everything I bought from them wiped out because I complained about how 3 months after release I still couldn't log into an official server unless I wanted to play some version of harry potter with everyone teleporting on my screen.

To be clear, I never got to play 1 single game on an official server that wasn't an absolute disaster.  I was farming bots because they stand still long enough to allow me to kill them despite me essentially being 2-3 seconds in the past, and even then it was 50/50.  I waited patiently for them to fix this and finally had enough, and they banned me for complaining about the beta status of this release.

Do not give money to this company, they are awful.
