EA play compensation/free boosts & season pass not received

Hi, as many others have stated I also haven't received my compensation for the EA play app not working at all on launch day friday. Managed to finally play the game saturday afternoon missing the full launch day with my friends as they played on steam without issues.

Contacted support who told me I have to make a thread here for this to be resolved?
