Feedback and Top Issues affecting the game currently

Desync definitely an issue, however I will keep on saying this as well:

Every class needs access to smoke grenades, and these maps need to be much bigger.

I mean I get what they were going for with the unique grenades for every class. Stun grenade for Assault, Anti vehicle for Engi, Smoke for Support, and knives+detector for Recon. I think that's fine. You also have the smoke launcher for Support who can resupply themselves and use more smokes, Deployable smoke from vehicles and mortars. People just need to be smart about using them that's all.
