Game refund disabled on purpose

Im trying to refund bf 6 and buy it on steam instead so i can actually play the game. But i cant use the refund tool to refund bf 6 any more for some reason!!!

This is a scandal, I bought all the Battlefield parts and this is what I get for my loyalty, I'm very upset
