Gear Research

Hello!
I’m currently working on a cosplay based on the classes and player skins in Battlefield 6. I've been researching gear used on the models in game, and I've been successful in tracking down the real-life counterparts to vests, load bearing kits, attached pouches, and other misc gear that was used for inspiration/reference to those in game. 

However I've recently hit a dead end and I need help finding the real-life counterparts to the class specific gear and pouches that are worn on the left shoulder of every class.
I've attached a picture for reference to the exact pouches I'm looking for.
