The ability to add some sort of preferred playstyle on your profile that fed into matchmaking. Yeeeears ago Microsoft added something similar to gamertags with regards to using mics, like "I am a chatty player" / "I prefer not using comms." At the risk of revealing what side of the debate I fall on, we could have "I PTFO" / "I'm going to camp and snipe" / "I'm only using vehicles and will sit at base waiting for it to respawn when it dies, contributing next to nothing to my team"...
