Give us functioning Custom Search

I don't like Manhatten Bridge but when I queue for the handful of Conquest maps that I'm trying to get stuff done on, I get Manhatten Bridge more than 50% of the time and I did not select it. A lot of people must be queuing for it. The matchmaking system only searched for like 3 seconds before putting me on a map that I do not want. Why is the Custom Search feature like this? Why am I getting matches that I did not search for? It's definitely not for our sake that it works like this. I don't know what sort of metrics you're hoping to improve but the only metric you'll be improving is me giving you the finger. So much stuff in this game is forced on you for no bloody reason other than inflating some dumb metrics, when I saw that I have to go into portal to play anything at all that isn't so packed with players and action that you'd think it was designed exclusively for people with unmedicated ADHD, I was just about to ask for a refund, and now that I've seen more of the game I kind of regret I didn't get one.
