Hagental? More like hard pass.
Hagental is entirely too choked up. As much as it was glazed for having "multiple routes of attack you can open up" blahblahblah the walls you can open only make even more sight lines for defenders on breakthrough. It's practically always a win for the defending team on breakthrough as well. The times I've seen it as a loss for defenders there was a cheater who went 100+ kills and single digit deaths. That's one of the guys EA clears my blocks on BTW, always fun to play with him again week after week.
On conquest, it's just "battle for C" and everything else is a poke here and there. On Metro, the battle line would ebb and flow as a flank was broken through or someone did a sneaky or for whatever reason. In Hagental, it's just C, it was always C, and it will forever BE C. It's boring. Not to mention that underground section that pops up in the middle of a death corridor OR out in just about the middle of the fight on C. It should have been a long flank, instead it just sucks.
Whatever you want to call the hanger/road area is FAR too open, so even if you dreamed of flanking it takes a tiny amount of effort for the other team to shut that down because there aren't enough access points to that area along with the barely any cover. I rarely watch people go this way unless forced, and even then it's just a forced action so they're just sprinting trying to get away from it.
All this combined with consoles clearly getting an explosive damage buff. They got them noobtubes loaded with little boys man. Those things hit the wall on the other side of the map and my bones turn in to jello. They shoot that thing the wrong way and it reverses direction and turns three corners to come and one shot me the second I spawn on a different map. Don't even get me started on the IFV that you can clearly tell a console is using when you are getting damaged through an entire M1 abrams duck loving tank. Those little console mini nukes hit the front plate of an M1 and summon the power of god to teleport through it and kill me while I'm trying to repair from the back side.
