Has anyone ever experienced being hard targeted?

I have had that a few times that nowhere i go the same guy always can get the one up on me. The maps suck for layout doesn't help. I am sure some of those individuals are cheating, their anti cheat sucks. I don't believe their performance charts, what I see in game doesn't match. What i find more often than that, we are doing really good all game and we are close to winning, then all of a sudden the other team gets really good, really fast. Our shots not dropping them, getting shot through objects and budlings. They know exactly where you are at all the time. Then we get slaughtered when we were more than 600 tickets ahead of them. Those games I know cheats got turned on.  

Is it a sign that someone on the enemy team might be cheating? Yes. Sometimes coincidence, sometimes intentional.

Now I can admit there maybe games where they have people who join and can sway a close game but when you have games where you are 700-800 tickets to their 400 tickets left and they come back and wipe out our 800 tickets and they only lose 50-75 people. Something isnt right.
