Tbh the AI is a LOT smarter than in BF6 so even though you'll be playing against a lot of bots (the teams are bigger than in BF6)
.Honestly tho, I love Delta Force and the only reason I stopped playing (and picked up BF6) is because I leveled every single gun/vehicle/etc to max, and the game didn't seem to have a point in keep playing, because there was nothing more to achieve.
But up until I changed over to BF6 (and regretting it) I loved every single moment of Delta Force.
Also, it's a lot like BF6 in that you have to attack and defend objectives, but Delta Force is free and really worth a try (and you can't buy anything except cosmetics, so you can't buy an advantage either).
P.S. all the things you hate in BF6 have been polished out in Delta Force
