You have both options in graphical settings and can be turned off/reduced to an insignificant amount.

Thanks for your reply. From the very first time I played, I set everything in the camera settings to “Off,” except for “Head Bobbing Reduction,” which is set to “On.” However, I still don’t understand why we can't have the option to disable head bobbing completely and reduce the minimum camera shake amount from 50 to 0.
The issue is that even with all camera effects turned off, there’s still enough head bobbing to make me feel motion sick. I understand that this might not be noticeable to people who aren’t sensitive to motion, but I don’t see why there needs to be any head bobbing for immersion wise and additional camera shake during actions like reloading, and why players can’t completely disable head bobbing/camera shake.
You can actually see the camera shake and head bobbing clearly if you go to the practice range, run around a bit, and reload — it’s subtle, but definitely there. I get there needs to be modern immersion aspects, but having these pseudo movement shakes etc isn't it for me. Need to stop playing until/hopefully there is a config or in-game fix.

Try increasing the FOV as well. 2042 and BF6 use two different ways of measuring it, so the values aren't the same between the games. In 2042 I used 100, in BF6 I use 110, and it's still less than 2042. It should help a little.

Thanks I have been using a higher FOV also, currently trying with 105-120. Might help a little but still the main issue for me is the constant movement/camera shake. Just wish for an option to disable the bobbing+camera shake.
