Heli Spawn Campers Ruin The Game!

Thanks for taking the time to lay this out. Even if this does not fall under a “bug,” it is still not the kind of match experience anyone wants. I’ll pass this along to the team, particularly around vehicle spawn flow and access. I appreciate you calling out the impact this is having, not just on you, but also on friends trying to enjoy the franchise.

EA_LunardustCat​ Thanks for picking this up and passing it along to the team! The issue does not limit itself to people camping the chopper spawn point to prevent other people from having a go at flying the chopper. There's a category of players who take their egocentric behaviour one step further, they will destroy the own teams helo in spawn with a RPG upon match start and when they see they can't get to it first. This should be a simple fix of making empty vehicles immune to friendly fire inside the spawn area.

At first I was a fan of the air vehicles spawning physically at base or airstrip as it brought back some BF3 nostalgia, and back then there were also trolls who would put C4 on parked jets/helo's waiting for a teammate to get in and blow it up. However seeing the current development I would gladly go back to the BF2042 air vehicle spawn system of air vehicles spawning mid-air and put a respawn timer delay on people who have just had their turn at flying. 

Vehicles are a limited resource and therefore everybody should get a fair chance in using them.

This is just a low level grifing move, how is it possible for the devs to allow an piece of ... player just grief the team by blocking the vehicle spawn and best, there's nothing you can do to move him, except get another vehicle to push him but not always possible.

Thanks for raising this. We’ve also received feedback that some players block vehicle spawns by standing at the spawn location, preventing them from spawning or controlling when they do. That kind of unsporting interaction with the spawn system is not something we want to encourage.

I'm sharing these examples with the team as part of the broader discussion around vehicle access, griefing prevention, and spawn protection. Feedback like this helps highlight where the current system is falling short and where improvements may be needed.

another option would be to make it so anti air cant start a lock if below a ceiling but one lock  and launch happens dropping below one stop the lock  and it can still  hit 

thank you for the response,  I hope this and all other problems that were fixed in older titles and then re introduced in the current title over and over again are fixed sooner rather than later as, hot take, 2042 was actually pretty solid towards the end of its life but no one experienced it because everyone already bailed a few months in.  Side note, Casual Conquest when?
