Help because EA is not helping me.

I need help ever since October 28 when they done the update for the battle Royale I played the beta. I played 60 hours before October 28 online then all of a sudden if when I load battlefield six, it puts me it connects me to online I can load the match up and everything getting into like the lobby where you can add people but as soon as it goes into the game, it crashes and I get the same code over and over again and I’ve done talk to EA support everything and I get the runaround. Like clearly I can add my own team together on cross play but as soon as it starts loading in, save Fort Linden epicenter it loads in about 20% of the way and I get the same code. Ce-108255-1 every time since October 28 I’ve loaded this game of deleted the game. I reinstalled the game. I’ve done every thing in the world besides reset my whole system but what’s funny is I can play battlefield 2042 online fine I can play every other game online fine no problem even when I turn on battlefield six it loads me into the servers. It’s when I get in the lobby match making and all that **bleep** but when the game starts, it kicks me out and gives me the same code over and over again ever since since the new update update on October 20 some month please help me
