Help! My Battlefield 6 account got banned!

Here's how it all started: Due to work commitments, I had to travel for business, which meant my personal computer wasn't accessible. So I started using a cloud gaming service to play games. I began using it on November 9th and had no issues whatsoever. After my last gaming session on November 22nd, my Battlefield 6 account was banned on November 25th. EA's stated reason was cheating in the game. This is completely impossible, because that computer was operating via streaming. It's the same remote play method as Steam Remote Play. How could I possibly cheat?!
