Help please bf6 still crashing randomly

Hi I have two xbox series s and series x both xbox are in good condition been checked by gaming work shop. On xbox series s I can play a little at least some games bf6 but series x it crashes a lot faster even on cold xbox I have purchased a external cooling and there is no overheating 36 c° I tried all sorts to reinstall game and so on no success but my sons xbox series x bf6 works good but he is main xbox and he is sharing bf6 to me I just wondering if this is related to my problem because my friend has very similar problem.
