How do we know when servers are back up

Hi there. The servers are currently up. Let's see if a thorough power cycle of your equipment will help. Please try these steps:

1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
3. Power it all up and try playing again
