are hd textures active auto or i need to do something in settings ?
my other question is about hd marker. when i download bf6 it didnt appear on download options. only base game-multiplayer-multiplayer hd textures-single player-single player hd textures did appear. what is it for hd marker ?
i use ea app on pc . rtx 4090, i9 12900k
I assume they're enabled automatically when you select overkill quality in the settings. But there's a problem with them: over time, VRAM leaks and FPS drops significantly. I have plenty of VRAM (RTX 5070ti). I enabled overkill settings, and after a while, my entire VRAM was completely occupied, even though the game initially only took up 7.5-8.5Gb VRAM. I reverted to ultra settings, and the FPS no longer drops over time, and the VRAM leak stopped.
