I do not want to be a master...

I can't play RANKED REDSEC with my friends which are ranked as GOLD, because the difference between a MASTER and a GOLD rank is 2 ranks... and yet when I begin a game I can get a full team of ROOKIES... 4 ranks difference.

It takes 2 or 3 games to get DERANKED to PLATINUM (because of a protection) and then I can play again with GOLD firends. This way I'm ruining a game for other ranodm people (I have to quit the game, leaving other 3 random people, and loose 90 points) and fun from a game is ruined for me as well. Waiting for lobby to get full, game starts and then I'm leaving to loose points. In meantime my friend can play with some random rank... It may be random MASTER or TOP rank because of the way it works... but we cannot play together.

It happens that after one game I'm a MASTER again and I have to quit to derank my self again. I understand the idea of setting fair competition but it is not working with low number of players. Make it dependand from numbr of players and ranks and not only ranks...
