Inadequate Server Allocation and High Latency in Asia Region (Ranked Mode)
I am submitting this formal complaint on behalf of the Asian player community regarding the persistent matchmaking and connection issues affecting Battlefield 6 ranked play in our region.
Despite purchasing the full product, players in Asia are currently encountering severe infrastructure limitations that prevent standard gameplay:
High Latency: Due to a lack of dedicated regional ranked instances, players are routinely placed in distant servers, resulting in 200+ ms ping.
Excessive Queue Times: Average matchmaking wait times regularly exceed 15 minutes per session.
Competitive Imbalance: Severe latency puts Asian players at a distinct disadvantage, compromising the integrity of ranked competitive play.
As dedicated supporters of the franchise who have invested in the title, we expect equitable access to all core features. The current technical constraints severely diminish the value of the product for our region.
We strongly request an official review of the server infrastructure for Asia, including the implementation of localized ranked instances or optimized region routing to restore fair competition.
Thank you for your prompt consideration of this request.
