Is it time to go?

Is there actually any reason not to delete the game? Lately, I’ve been feeling more frustrated than entertained. There’s just too much that doesn't quite add up:

  • Chat censorship: most players don't type anything for fear of facing consequences over a potential swear word.
  • Cheaters in every match—I keep reporting them, yet action is taken in only a handful of cases. Ultimately, the servers are filled with bots used by returning cheaters to quickly level up and unlock weapons, just so they can go back to making life miserable for legitimate players.
  • There used to be more of a sense of community in other games.
  • Then there are those sudden turnarounds, where a losing team flips the match in the final minute. It’s not just an occasional thing; it’s something I’ve come to view as a chronic issue.
  •  Changes made to the game while I'm playing—indicated by white numbers appearing on the left edge—alter my sensitivity, for example.
  • Almost forgot that you can't disable controller players with built-in aimbot.

Maybe I just need a break from it all...

First, I wish theyd remove the chat censorship and add a todle to turn it on.  Its crazy that the in-game characters can curse but we cant.

They keep talking about bringing clans back but I dont think it will bring back a sense of community.

The BF4 days are over.  They dont want to create an environment that you keep playing an older game and they cant make money off it.

That was the tradeoff, when they allowed anyone to run a server for free.
