Sorry When Typing the Initial Post i was quite angry and was just going off let me explain properly.
So i created my Xbox account of the Xbox app on my computer and not on a Xbox console.
I created the account very recently right before the Battlefield 6 open Beta and i created the account at the time thinking that Battlefield 6 would be on the Xbox Game Pass, As the other Battlefield's are there.
As we all know the Battlefield Beta was not on the Game Pass so i just played it on my EA account.
This is just context for the entire Problem.
So after playing i finally try to Link my Xbox account (PC) to my EA account,I Get an error on the Website saying that my Xbox account has already been linked to a EA account (I never linked my account).
I Go through the support and support then Help me Secure the account as i can Verify a purchase made on the Xbox account (PC). Support then Changes that EA account's Email address to my personal Email and send me a Password reset email where i then change the email.
This account was never mine before this, but now this account has my details tied to, But keep in mind i already have an EA account that's linked with the rest of my things like steam, Discord ect.
i Try to unlink the Xbox account it never gives an error and it seems like the process is proceeding but after a refresh the link is still active.
So contacting the support again to try and assist as the Xbox account is not unlinking. After going through 3 different Support people one of them finally said that the account has a ban thats why i cant unlink the Xbox.
Keeping in mind this account has never been mine, So i have no idea and they give me the link to then go under penalties and appeal the ban Link:https://help.ea.com/en/help-tools/penalty-history/
But under that link it says i have no active bans, so i cant appeal the ban, Now i have a Xbox account with not alote but still bought things stuck linked to a ban EA account and support does not want to assist me
I hope this makes more sense
Thanks for all the replies i appreciate it
