The support keeps telling me there is a ban and that's why they cant assist but i have no way of appealing the ban even when going Through the normal means https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/ Once i get to the end where i can see on my actual EA account i should be able to click on contact advisor through email. That on this secured account is not there to click but when telling the support this they just keep telling me that they cannot remove the ban if they where able to remove the ban they would by now then im back to square one. i guess i can wait 6 months but by the sound even if the website is not showing it

May I only add (and please do correct me if I'm wrong): as the EA account is confirmed banned then a new EA account is to be created. The user may still use their Xbox account they have now—and link it thereafter to the new EA account.
