Logitech G HUB = BANN?

Question

Good evening,I was banned last Friday for no apparent reason:"We have observed gameplay enhancement in BATTLEFIELD LIVE SERVICES.This includes unauthorized methods of improving game performance by removing gameplay restrictions or by enhancing in-game abilities (e.g., by upgrading weapons, movement, or items)."I have something I investigated, and other players with Logitech G HUB were also banned. After shelling out €70 for this game and wanting to relax and play with friends on the weekend, I get this? I filed an appeal that same evening, but I haven't received a response yet. The status of my appeal is simply "Convicted," whatever that means.Why am I not warned to uninstall such programs before installing the game? If my appeal is rejected, have I just been ripped off for €70 after 4.8 hours of gameplay? GG.

I've had G Hub running during all of my 100+ hours in game.

It might be another software you have on your PC. I assure you logitech G HUB isn't the reason, i have it also alongside with asus crate, icue and things like that to controll my pheripherals and PC rgb.

But i have a post with a similar question about pheripherals and their software, if you read it, leave a comment there if it's your case too, i'm in search of an answer but sadly no response so far.
