Logitech G HUB = BANN?

Good evening,

I was banned last Friday for no apparent reason:

"We have observed gameplay enhancement in BATTLEFIELD LIVE SERVICES.

This includes unauthorized methods of improving game performance by removing gameplay restrictions or by enhancing in-game abilities (e.g., by upgrading weapons, movement, or items)."

I have something I investigated, and other players with Logitech G HUB were also banned. After shelling out €70 for this game and wanting to relax and play with friends on the weekend, I get this? I filed an appeal that same evening, but I haven't received a response yet. The status of my appeal is simply "Convicted," whatever that means.

Why am I not warned to uninstall such programs before installing the game? If my appeal is rejected, have I just been ripped off for €70 after 4.8 hours of gameplay? GG.

    It might be another software you have on your PC. I assure you logitech G HUB isn't the reason, i have it also alongside with asus crate, icue and things like that to controll my pheripherals and PC rgb.

    But i have a post with a similar question about pheripherals and their software, if you read it, leave a comment there if it's your case too, i'm in search of an answer but sadly no response so far.

    i planing to buy g502x, but with couple of bans i'm not sure about that...are you using macro (for vehicle pick only)? bc i know many players use macro for that,and its imposible to take air vehicles

    Are you using macros to increase fire rate etc in the game hub? That usually ends up in a ban.

    You are warned in the TOS. Most people dont read it they just skip through it. But its in there.

    I was banned for using a  Logitech G15 keyboard because it has macro capabilities in Guild Wars 2. Since then I have not used that keyboard.

    I dont use any macro's.

    I have a g502 and only use ghub to adjust dpi settings, thats all.
