Make the weapon attachment double XP permanent

if it wasn't for the thermal scopes it wouldn't be so bad. But the thermal scopes are ridiculous. The people who've unlocked them legitimately are so rare. Most of them got them farming bots when you could, or just buy power leveling services. It's sad that these are even the types of people who most have access to them.
