Max Rank on Casual "anything" should be 50

Thoughts?  I'm fed up playing against 300 and 400+ campers.  Change is needed!

I´m one of the 400+ level players and I would leave it as it is.I enjoy the smaller servers in Casual, where I´m able to play classes I never play. Rather there could be Portal Servers with level restrictions.
