Adding in Tank seats for a loader and tank commander should make the tank load and cool down faster and having a commander should allow them to run a cannon(MK19) in addition to the gunners weapon.  This would allow a Sqaud of 4 engineers to be a dominant force. More squad strength should be part of all vehicles.
