Menu FPS Lock Option
Can we please get a option to lock the FPS when you're not loaded into a game. Simple way would be to lock it to 60fps. Doesn't need more than this for a smooth menu experience.

Was currently searching for the same fix, i've locked to 144 but it's also locked to 144 in the menus. It would be nice to have 60 in menus/main menu so my pc isnt running my fans at 100% constantly when I am afk.
