Minimum players required
Why is the minimum player requirement to launch a full xp portal so high? This never existed on previous battlefields

Probably so people don't flood the portal with random shenanigans?
Because it would be 1000000000000 servers with bot farms with 0 players or max 1 occasionally.Go find cool map on Portal custom,there is 0 players needed to start and a lot of maps are better than in Vanilla ,and also no bots and a lot of EXP,but don't tell me you want unlock attachment for a weapon xD
