Missing Battlefield 6 Beta Reward
When playing the Battlefield 6 Beta this past August. I noticed one of my challenges was bugged out and never unlocked. On August 19th I filed a case on EA support detailing this situation. The case number is 220641561.
Since not hearing back for a while I reached out again. This time using the EA Chat feature. After speaking with an agent, he referred me to this forum. He said an Advisor on here should have the option to add the missing content to my account. Or at least escalate the issue to someone who does have that option.
I've attached a video showing the issue. It clearly shows me at level 20, but without the "Night Terror" Weapon Charm unlocking. Which is really the whole reason I grinded out the Beta.
Hopefully this information helps someone provide a solution. I've already pre-ordered the Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition for PS5. I would really like to see the "Night Terror" Weapon Charm in my inventory for launch.

I'm really sorry but you seem to have been misinformed. It's not possible at all for missing items to be provided through the forums as nobody can access game accounts for security reasons. Unfortunately, in this case, you will need to go back to EA Help, since they're the only people who can add items to accounts.
