Missing rewards from Beta

Im missing rewards from my beta completion, did complete all the challanges. One of that it says in my inbox that u should have is the advance party skin, but it says that its locked.
i also miss the skin from the beta that is called rising star?

I am also missing the ‘Night terror’ weapon charm. I have screenshots and support hasn’t been able to help me

Missing Night Terror Weapon charm here. I also cross played between Xbox and PS5. Not sure if that is an issue. Also Level 20 challenge I earned in Second weekend, last challenge I unlocked
