Mouse and Keyboard with Controller benefits... hypothetical?

What if say hypothetically one were to find a Window registry key that could make games think your mouse and keyboard were a controller... And so the mouse and keyboard user gets all the benefits ...

Basically the controller assists makes crappy players be able to compete with competent MnK players and allows great controller players to top scoreboards when they most certainly would not otherwise.
